TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Scope of Services
The services offered by Clémentine Guével, FeatherLight Heaven include:
Therapeutic support through Art and Therapy
Raynor Massage sessions
Pre-natal and Post-natal well-being support
Creation of custom-made artworks
All services are provided as well-being, therapeutic and creative support and do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or paramedical care.
2. Nature of the Services
Clients acknowledge and agree that:
No medical or psychological diagnosis is provided
Services do not replace medical treatment or professional healthcare
Clients remain fully responsible for their physical, emotional, and mental health
For massage, bodywork, and pre/post-natal services, clients must disclose any relevant medical condition, pregnancy, injury, or contraindication prior to the session.
3. Booking & Payment
Services are provided by prior appointment only
Prices are communicated in advance and may be expressed in EUR or other currencies
Payment terms (full payment, deposit, or instalments) are specified at the time of booking
Confirmation of payment constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within the timeframe communicated at booking
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full
Intensive sessions, retreats, or multi-day engagements are subject to specific cancellation policies, provided in writing prior to confirmation.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Services scheduled for a specific date or time
Custom-made artworks created at the client’s request.
6. Custom-Made Artwork
A deposit may be required before commencing work
Once the creative process has begun, orders are non-refundable
Copyright and intellectual property remain the property of the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Liability
Clémentine Guével shall not be held liable for:
Decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from client choices
Physical, emotional, or psychological responses following sessions
Indirect or consequential damages
Clients engage in the services at their own responsibility.
8. Confidentiality
All personal information and session content are treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
